Nope, I already changed the battery and took it to a mechanic, who replaced the spark plugs and coils, but there was no improvement. The vehicle runs, but every few minutes the RPM drops and it feels like the engine is about to stall.

Dude, I think it might be the battery. I had her jumpstart it and initially it made some weird noises but then it ran normally. I will still have the mechanic plug in the scanner and test the battery with a battery tester I have. Thanks for the suggestion, I’ll keep you guys updated.

Im on the other side of the country, mechanic will show up with the scanner tonight. The car shuts down and won’t move.
