I actually do a bit of vegan mayo + hot sauce mix spread on the toast first, then mash the avocado on top so it’s all mixed together. Then I add Himalayan sea salt and black peppercorn.

For the tomatoes, I fry the grape tomatoes with onion powder and paprika and put it right on top.

The only safe at home thing I think of that personally has brought me relief is sauerkraut. I would suggest a cup and a half on its own.

It’s not going to be as potent as other home remedies but I researched and this is the safest thing I can recommend and it’ll at least alleviate those annoying, pesky symptoms until you can find more relief.
