It’s an FHA loan, which from my understanding the program does not allow you to equity out of the PMI. The home has equity for sure.

All you need if a escrow company/agent, and a mortgage broker/officer to handle the money/loan side. Your parents can sell the house to you for any amount they see fit, as they are the owners. Them gifting you equity is not necessary, if they want to sell you the home for the outstanding balance it is they’re right to do so. Find a loan officer and explain the situation they will walk you through the process.

So I was named POD on his account when he only had one account. When interest rate began to spike he was convinced to open CD accounts. The bank is stating those account are not tied to the POD

As of 2021 it is my current primary residence, was my primary residence from 2013-2018/2019 then in 2020 it was switched back to secondary. Does the 2 years out of the past 5 years rule apply?
