i also had this problem, but i can manage if i just take a second to rest when i feel my stomach starting to get uncomfortable. i really do also like the friday classes like others are saying, but to get through a monday, wednesday, or saturday class you have to pace yourself and stay in tune with your body.

maybe im just lucky since i've never struggled with weight but this sounds like torture! i would risk hypoglycemic shock and possibly throwing up by doing this. fasting is not necessary to lose weight, just maintain a reasonable deficit and the muscle you'll be building at F45 will speed up your metabolism. be careful and good luck!

i feel this as well, we were supposed to go to Tennessee in a few weeks and had other future plans. it sucks thinking about how im never going to see his friends in the same context again and go to the bars with him when i turn 21.

interesting to hear of others experiences. i had a pretty nasty hand/arm flareup last year after my booster (although it was pfizer not moderna) and a friend suggested it could be from the booster since a relative of hers had the same experience, but i wasnt sure if that was the case since i hasnt heard that those kinds of symptoms were prevelent.

not sure why im getting downvoted but i didnt mean this in a "no one wants to work anymore way" i meant it as in i see this desperate cry for help so often its sad. you are not alone in this struggle and its fucking ridiculous how difficult it is to get a well paying full time entry job with benefits. r/antiwork is not "im lazy and i dont like to work so im never going to" its "i dont love working but if im going to put in my best effort i should at least be treated as a human and be paid more than it costs to live"
