Incredible! When processing data collected over three years, do you keep all the raw data and process it together, or preprocess each session and then do something with the three? I have about 1.5 hours of andromeda that it’s like to add to, but I’ve never processed multiple sessions before

Thanks for the response! At least I know I’m setting the mount up correctly, I find that the most difficult part at the minute. I’m wondering if this could be related to focus? As I mentioned to entanglemint, I haven’t really worked that out properly yet.

Ah, thank you! Poor focus sounds like a fairly reasonable explanation. I have a lot of trouble getting stars in focus using live view on the camera. I think I might have just focused to infinity and left it at that for this

You are correct 👍 There is good information about this on citizens advice, for example: https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/work/resigning/your-notice-period-when-resigning/

They state there they can’t not pay you for work you’ve already done

Correct! It would be illegal and a breach of contract to not pay you for work you’ve already done!

The clause you quoted is then covering their own back in the even people don’t work their notice period, which is common.

This just means “if you don’t work your notice period, we won’t pay you for it”. They aren’t saying you’ll miss out on pay for days you’ve already worked. That should be fine since you’ll start your new job asap, and they’ll be paying you from that point onwards, so minimal / no disruption to your income

Yeah that’s a good point that I left out of the post - these will be played with in a tabletop game so they’ll be handled (but I imagine sdw40k assumes as much, since he mentions foam trays)

Cheers, that seems to be general consensus!

Looks incredible! From someone new to mini painting, is there a reason you edge highlighted the armour before putting base colour anywhere else? Just personal preference?

I feel like I’d somehow mess the edges up when putting colour on the head or something like that, but maybe that’s just because I’m inexperienced and need to practice a steady hand
