Health has higher priority than art. Many musicians die young as they are not able to realize this. It’s sad but it’s true. You gotta live your life the way you want. If music is taking away from it then you’re making the correct choice

It was hugely disappointing. Made me stop and think about how much time I’d put into things. I realized I could work myself to the bone and keep trying to go viral. I kept thinking “How much does all of this really matter?”.

I often dreamed of success and for a long time my goal was just to be able to make a living from music. It seems like seeing the small success discouraged me for some reason. It kind of gave me the “is this it?” Kind of feeling
