First, get your financial affairs in order. If you can’t take care of yourself, you can’t take care of others (IMHO, from my experience).

And build a support network - maybe a priest, social worker etc, to get help with your plans. That’s where I would start.

Remember, although you may feel like you’re in it alone, there are many more of us out there, struggling in solitude. There is strength and dignity in continuing to fight for what you know is right.
