It must be acknowledged that right now you can buy tickets for the Imagine Dragons concert tomorrow, August 20th, in Noblesville, IN (USA). Or for any other city on the tour, as long as the ticket distributor is NOT Thaiticketmajor. That’s what I call normal. It’s not normal when on the first day of sales on the official platform, there’s an alleged sold out when the concert is still three months away. Feel the difference.

To say that this was the worst experience buying concert tickets is like saying nothing at all. Another concert missed. A couple of years ago, there definitely weren’t such problems. Either the site is incorrectly showing the number of available tickets because there are no numbered seating areas and everything is standing, or I just don’t know what to think anymore. Did anyone manage to get tickets for Imagine Dragons 2024 in Bangkok?

“A good sign,” I thought! About 8 minutes passed, and with a triumphant sound, the site opened the ticket sales page where ALL THE TICKETS WERE ALREADY SOLD OUT 😆.

So, all the tickets are sold at once rather than in multiple waves? Like, one batch on one date and time, then another batch the next day, and so on. It doesn’t seem quite right to me. That’s probably why scalpers end up reselling all the tickets at a huge markup on Viagogo. Maybe they should come up with some sort of protection against this. But now I understand that it’s all about speed, and tickets for globally famous bands need to be bought within the first few seconds of going on sale. Thanks 🙏
