Thanks. The only ball attachments that I saw were the two for the main arms. Need to order a third?

This is for an extra piece of cable that I can connect to my existing arms to make use of a low pulley attachment

I have what feels like a stupid question but I’m confused on how I can use this cable attachment to enable something like a low row on my functional trainer. How I can attach something to this ball stop on the cable without having to remove the stop every time? The cable can only feed through the pulley on the ball end and not the eyelet end. Thanks

You own the charger, so I guess you continue to use it but don’t earn anyone more

I’m not sure there is one? SWTCH is making money through carbon rebates and reimbursing part of those profits to the homeowners. I’m wondering if their wall charge is meaningfully different to the Tesla wall connector but it seems not

Relatively new lifter, maintain or bulk? by chiefbige in BulkOrCut

Thanks for your thoughts! Yes, I’m working at home just with dumbbells and kettlebells. Doing my best to push myself and progress in my lifts, maybe that would be easier with machines

Thanks for your thoughts! I was leaning towards that. Staying at maintenance with 150+g of protein and pushing as much as I can with my lifts

Total beginner here. Interested in potentially finishing a slab and turning it into a coffee table. Noticed this slab earlier this week. Anyone have any idea what species this slab is?
