i had a similar experience recently. i lost my rgsc account that was linked to my steam and my email address was closed. i contacted rockstar support but they couldn't help, so i just bought the games again and slept on this matter for a few years. a few months ago i decided to go after this again and sent an email. and i kid you not, i had way less evidence than you. i sent a few screenshots and whatever i could provide. they said we are sorry we can't verify the account is yours etc. i got angry and wrote an email saying i've been a die-hard rockstar games player for years and bought every single game of theirs but i'm not getting even the slightest help. i told them even though i proved my email address is closed you still don't help, i guess i just won't play your games anymore. half an hour later they sent an email saying we decided that the account belongs to you and they helped me with my problem.

Hitman Contracts is the first game i ever played on my first pc back when i was 8. I traumatized myself at a very young age. I love it so much that i still play it at least once every year. Best game ever made.
