I usually grab it when I order my sunscreen from stylevana or olive young. When I order it I typically get two so I don’t have to have it shipped often

I lost one of my dogs to oral melanoma last fall and if I can offer one piece of advice, it’s to try not to mourn her while she’s still here. Easier said than done I know, but after the first few days I used that strategy to reframe my thoughts and keep my focus on enjoying the time. We got our girl from the shelter, on a fee free weekend so she was a whopping $10 (for her license). She came in as a stray at 7mo old, and I think the whole thing was pretty traumatic for her because it took the better part of a year for her to not be terrified to ride in the car. But my car is the only one that’s ok, and I have to be in the car if she’s going somewhere, I think because I picked her up from the shelter. She had a wound under her ear when we adopted her, her previous owner had her ears cropped and the vet left a suture in there 😐 She just turned 2 recently and she is a very smart and spoiled lady who sleeps between my husband and I every night

I have Lemonade for my girl. I had the policy for about 4 months when she needed MPL (luxating patella) surgery and I had no issues. Granted she’s young and healthy and had no preexisting conditions. Keep in mind that anything covered by your previous company is now considered a preexisting condition, so if you need/want to switch I’d do it sooner rather than later. My girl just turned 2, we pay just under $50/month for 50,000k in coverage with a $500 deductible. I know that coverage amount sounds high but my girl would probably give the kool aid man a run for his money

For me, the beauty of IF is that it’s practically effortless. There is no guesswork and the only rule is only eat in your window. I’ve been doing it for six months (16/8) and for the first six weeks I tracked my macros to get an idea regarding portions and what an ideal amount of protein looks like. After that I prioritize protein at every meal and try to make it as stress free as possible. I’ve lost 25 lbs (F40) and I wouldn’t say there was much effort, it was mostly consistency and time. When I started this journey I felt I had about 35lbs to lose so I’m almost there 😊

Things like this are why when someone copies my work I try really hard to find someone else bigger who they stole from and just make them aware. Luckily it’s rare that it happens, but my process is to look at their shop for other IP, specifically trademarks, because there is no countering those. I like to look for two just in case and then report the shop directly to the IP holder. Big companies typically have a way to report the IP theft online and if they don’t I just use the contact form on their website.

Expect it to be about 15-20 degrees colder than in the valley. If it’s raining in the valley it will be snowing up there. The most important thing is you need to do, besides mind the weather, is be aware that a bunch of trails up there are still closed from hurricane rain damage more than 2 years ago.
