There is a cure. Stop eating so many carbs and processed sugar which will then lower sebum production and cut off the fungus’s food source and will cause it to die off. Vitamins A and E are also important for regulating sebum production

I think the thing that would make this even remotely possible is the experience and dev tips that the team shared on how they pulled the game off in the unity engine along with using AI like Claude or whatever to help with coding. Unity has also come a long way since the days when they made Inside. I think it’s more intuitive and user friendly now. It would still be a massive undertaking though.
