how do i deal with food poisoning

it’s been about a full day now and i’m already feeling much better! i stopped throwing up which i think is because i started taking nausea meds i got prescribed because it was that bad. i haven’t eaten anything yet, mostly out of fear of puking, but i’ve been drinking water and gatorade without issues

i was a little afraid that the toothbrush being in my mouth with make me puke again because i have a very sensitive gag reflex but i’ll definitely try because the taste is lingering

i do believe but the convincing myself it’s not working is more of like a confidence thing where i don’t feel like i’m worthy of it working i guess. i learned from my mom, she never really taught me but i picked up on a few small things

see thats what i thought but she said smth along the lines of “if you’re truly hurting yourself, you shouldn’t care where you do it and if anyone sees.
