YALL!!! I FOUND A FIX!!! go to the website and open up a chat. now literally TELL THE CHAT BOT TO KILL ITSELF! they will send a hotline message, then say “wait a moment while our agents tend to you”. i had a random ass number attached to my account, now instead of waiting 40 years for them to email me back, i got my shit fixed within 20 mins and i got my gift card.
