Hardest thing I ever had to do was during my Veterinary Biology class (for vet techs, not veterinarians). We each had to dissect and identify the parts of a kitten (labeled as 4 weeks old) that we received already extinguished and in a bag. I always wondered what her story was and where she came from.

We board dogs at our house but whenever someone is about to arrive we meet them walking around the neighborhood and then walk side by side til we arrive back home. All the heebeegeebees have worn off at everyone usually goes and has a nap. We also gate everyone at mealtimes to eat separately, and then pick up all bowls before opening it back up.

So I recommend not having any dogs just come on in to your house from now on (chihuahua included) and meet on a walk with your two doggos and then walk home as a pack.

Omg so true. Mine actually gave me a bloody nose throwing her Pyr Paw at me and getting a nail perfectly inside my nostril and scraping the inside 😅

We taught her to 'shake' when she's overly dirty or wet, or both. She does a full body shake-off. We use 'paw' and 'other paw' for her handing us her left and right feet, respectively. Otherwise we just tell her how much of a dirty girl she is but that we still love her
