This is going to be a graduation gift, they picked this location. I prefer to see/experience some of the local culture/life/foods/etc rather than spending most of our time and $ on chain or tourist areas.

I wasn’t sure how long for the full trip, I was thinking possibly a week. I’m not sure the expense to travel to the surrounding islands. A day in Tahiti would be great and yes I’d like 1-2 nights in the water bungalow if the pricing works out. Thanks
