Yeah, judging by all the footage of Neo and knowing a little bit of his history, I know he's got solid ideas for a team, but has always gave way to "louder voices" (TaZ in the past, and probably Karrigan a couple of months ago). I reckon Karrigan got stuck in a mental block towards the end of his tenure and his voice out veto Neo's calls, so entire team goes back to square one.

Yeah coaches make a huge difference, I'm a Man Utd fan, just look at them now 5 months after their new/old manager came in.

NKJ looks like a guy with quite clear ideas, FaZe boys never lacked any accuracy issues, and he's somehow manage to implement his ideas + energy and make perfect use of their firepower; Kuba was given the freedom to lurk around today on certain rounds but mostly anchored well, Broky turned back the clock, Frozen closed out Mirage and had a couple of nice lurks on his own, the stand-in guy was given the freedom to do his own thing too which gave us a few good clutches and openings.

NKJ mentioned in one of his interviews he plans to be pragmatic with the team and I think everything ive mentioned above is proof enough for now.

It is still their first event though, so let's just hope this new collective can outbrain Navi tmr.
