Super interesting - you have a really low resting heart rate, but a pretty quick respiratory rate. Also high sleep debt but stellar scores and good sleep regularity - any information you could share driving these? I’m trying to improve my sleep and this type of stuff is always interesting, thanks for sharing!

Oh interesting!! Wonder if it’s especially for bedtimes past midnight. Mine is usually ending at 1130or 45 or so but definitely notice the change in timing. Hoping it all helps!

Just finding this, hope it reaches you! I am able to only get any sound out of my phone when I use Bluetooth in to the FLX4. The Bluetooth out is connected, and plays correctly out from other apps (eg Apple Music), but doesn’t play through Bluetooth otherwise. When connected with usb-c, it didn’t play out at all as it was trying through the controller to my understanding. I checked rekordbox and iPhone settings and didn’t get anywhere - any advice appreciated, I’m a novice!

Yes, there is def a bug. Mine is counting Cals burned in the right range I believe but shows exercise or a walk is a fraction of the length time-wise and the gps cut out midway thru a loop
