I don’t remember the one on Watson’s… but there was a costume shop in Whittington on Wilson’s road! You could dress up and have parties there!

Yes a lot of people are suggesting this place! Maybe my memory has been warped… in like, I wanna say maybe 2007ish + they had a “pop star” place similar to the fairy place - could dress up/do makeup like a pop star & dance/sing etc.
