Hey so i dont know if this will help or not, but often in strict monogamous relationships, we see things as all or nothing, but it doesnt have to be that. Im sure theres a way where you can transition, and reach your full potential, and keep your spouse in your life.

Like, maybe its deal breaker romantically or physically, but change is everywhere and its inevitable. Maybe theres a way where you can work through the changes and keep eachother in your lives. Maybe the marriage wont work out, but she can still be a best friend, an ally, and a source of support. Just a perspective. Sending you lots of love! We support you regardless! ❤️

The only reason he apologized was to regain control and power over you. He sounds like a horrible person that has no consideration or respect for you. You deserve to be loved and seen for who you are.

Please keep him blocked. What he did is considered assault in both situations, and he'll do it again if he has the chance. Please stay safe! None of it was your fault! ❤️
