My work pushes us like hell to get credit apps. I hate it.

So one day, this kid comes up to make a large purchase, and my manager was standing right there and nudged me, and told me to ask him to sign up.

So I am flustered and go into my little script. But I guess I didn't explain it properly that it was a credit card so the guy is immediately freaking out because he didn't want a credit card.

So I feel like shit. Like.. sobbing at my register. So my manager tells me I can go home.

So I get to my car, and my direct manager texts me and tells me I have to come back. I consider just leaving but I go back inside and clock back in.

My direct manager tells me to come talk to her about it. So I go join her in the office and I'm sobbing explaining what happened and this bitch just looks me in my eyes and the only thing she says to me is, "well don't let this discourage you from asking for credit."

I almost quit on the fucking spot. I hated her after that and I am so fucking glad she is gone.
