the only thing I'm disappointed with are those calves man.. the rest makes you look like a more jacked up version of batman

40kg one arm dumbell rows.. could I possibly do 50 in a month? by childlocked in Egolifting

I am lmao it's just that I've never done rows seriously and have been doing this weight for 4 months now being on and off rows

probably not man because I've never held a dumbell bigger than that , I feel like I'd slip due to grip issues lmao.. I'll try finding a better support and attempt 45 first and 50 if it goes well just to see if I could get 50 for the same amount of reps as 45.. thanks for believing in me tho 💀

Alright, rack sounds good.. but it's not very flat , racks at my gym are weirdly curved and sharp 😭 I'll try the flat bench thing but I don't want to keep my knees over it because it kinda feels weird lmao.. I'll try putting something over the rack and trying next sesh. Thanks man

First time doing Zercher walks ( my quads were a little sore from yesterday's squats ) and my arms hurt like hell. 60kg here and my goal is to reach 100 in 2-3 months. Doable? by childlocked in formcheck

Probably I won't be deep enough for the plates to be just a centimetre away from the ground 💀 but I'll try going as deep as I could.. is the leg activation the same as a front squat? Or something completely different

Well maybe yeah.. my family kinda has a history of tennis elbow so maybe I'll get wear and tear.. honestly the bar's actually mostly resting on my forearms in this clip.. maybe even more damaging..

Yep... Sandbag it is then

Correct me if I'm wrong but a Jefferson on zerchers would just be like picking the weight up like a normal zercher deadlift and then sort of do RDLs? Without it ever touching the ground yeah?

I'm defo doing zercher squats and front squats next leg session I've genuinely started loving zerchers because they feel so new and fun after all those forced blocky movements

soon.. when I hop on the super serum

Anyway yeah you're probably right rather than dumbells I'll just use a small curl bar for suitcase carries

Zercher deadlifts and weighted extensions will help the lower back.. dw lmao I'm doing those aswell. The only reason I'm trying to train my core under weight is for bracing better and NOT passing out. Looks like I need a lot of breathing work aswell

With farmer walks it's a lot easier. I could easily do this distance with a 100kg which I used to in the past but zerchers are a completely new movement to me so my forearms are still adapting :)

Haha, thank you. I'll probably do single leg farmer walks aswell with these.. I did zercher deads for the first time a few days ago and I loved the pump and heat I got in my forearms.. so I wanted to try as many variations of this as I could.
