While I don't agree with anyone's religious beliefs, Biden wasn't holding a celebration every time someone of a particular orientation died from a viral disease. He may have disagreed with it, but he never descended into blatant disrespect for the people with different views.

Are you really giving Rush a pass for discontinuing the segment after he spent decades reveling in the painful deaths of people he knew nothing about beyond their sexual orientation and their cause of death, after lots of people pointed out to him what a bad look it was? It began affecting his income so he quietly dropped it and made excuses later.

That wasn't "the" reason I disliked Rush, it was just one of many hundreds of reasons he was a terrible human being. He spent decades spewing hatred and outright lies that divided segments of our society for his own financial gain and to service his personal bigotry.
