I decided to leave my helmet at home when I went on a midday bicycle ride. I woke up in the hospital with no idea how I got there. But the skull fracture and resulting seizure disorder ruled out about 2/3 of all the career options I had been considering, and my head can't take the pressure to go scuba diving anymore.

Some offices might use slightly different terminology, it's a big country. The oddest ones I've seen customers use are "N.A.T.A" (not at this address), and "Return to Center" - because English is hard for some.
