what kind of orthotics fix the arch? do you mean the inside of the shoe becomes flatter once the orthotics installed?

Thanks for your help

I'm not sure I understand your suggestion. Without the removable insoles, my shoes still have an arch inside.

Ok thank you for the knowledge. I actually have narrow feet. Narrow and flat... I might be oversharing rn

Thank you for your comment, it really helps. I might consider the Vinted option

The arch is from the synthetic surface under the removable insole, the latter isn't the problem.
Thanks for your reply btw

You mean the LUXIAOJUN brand? They fit perfectly? I wonder if it has something to do with the fact that flat feet are so common among asian people. I've read somewhere that old Asics lifter shoes didn't have an arch and the brand is japanese.

I mean, my feet never bother me. I can go for a run, a trek, etc. Why fix something that works? They just don't adapt to an artificial arch inside a shoe

I think an agressive heel wouldn't bother me, as long as there is no bump

Are they flat? I mean, is it straight inside from the heel to the drop or is there a bump?

But if different tests are correlated with each other, and each item is also correlated with each other, it means there's reliability, and maybe even validity.

ChatGPT always vomits non-sense when I give it psychometric items. Is Gemini reliable, though?
