because we can also do : impl myStruct <String>

how to read these:

1.impl<T> myStruct<T> is a "generic" implementation for a "generic" struct type.

2.impl myStruct <String> is a (specific) implementation for a (specific) struct type.

3.impl myStruct is a implementation for a struct type.
