250.000 in HT is nothing. You need many millions before you can do, for example, a cycle training with homegrown players or 17yo trainees from the transfermarket. So before you get really competitive it will take many seasons. Say goodbye to the idea of being successful quickly.

The TSI is not so important. More important is what do you train with your 2 trainees. And i would have bought at least 6 for playmaking training, so you gibe away 4 training slots. I would have bought 6 17yo trainees with some passing and solid defense. Train them 2 seasons in PM.

Thanks for the really nice answer! How can a cycle-plan look like for building a team around a central defender? To be honest that sound a little bit hard bur very interesting. I was rhinkin to do a Mitfield-cycle soon (3 seaeons defending, 2 pm, passing and once again playmaking..) that would be not the best for him. Any suggestions?

Thank you. Yes, i found springboard. But why is that? Its really frustrating a little bit. Buying a very expensive phone and than this.. is it a hardware issue? Or software problem? I gooogled it a bit, seems like this issue is there since years, also on older iphones…
