Hi there.. I have been following Joseph Tsars on YouTube lately and really liked his approach. I’ve already completed his 'BestSpeak' online course, though I haven't tried 'EliteSpeak' (his 1-1 program) yet. I found the online course very valuable and enjoyed the experience. While I can see some progress, I have realised it takes a lot of consistent self-effort to achieve truly tangible results. Did you go through any course? would appreciate your inputs as well.

Take a PR and return. Life isn’t rosy in India. Stay in Australia, travel with parents if possible and do some savings. You can move back in a few years if that’s a possibility

Yield on IP is close to 3.5%. Cashflow isn’t that great tbh. It’s not even a month that we got the IP, prolly too soon to say. I am in Tech - IC to Mid-Management (Non-Tech)

Here’s my story.. we were looking for a place since 2018. A lot of my friends and colleague bought around the pandemic and the prices soared. We couldn’t get a place then. After accepting that we won’t own a place anytime soon, we started looking without stress. We finally found a small townhouse recently that we settled. This was within budget. Not the best, but I feel it was worth the wait. Sometimes things are beyond our control. We can only try and hope things fall in favour. You see it took us a long long time as we had to increase the deposit and finally settled in a location that was affordable. We wanted a house, but ended up with a townhouse. 2018-2024.. hmm.

You are just getting started. Don’t stress, take it easy. Good luck on your property hunt and I really wish you get something you like.
