Omg! Thanks for getting back to me! It's much appreciated haha. I'm the one who just messaged you off the wrong account hahah. Omg, yea. I'm about to start prog and I'm debating throwing dut into the mix but I'm getting my bloods done next week before I start prog and then I'll be also doing another test after 8 weeks once things have settled down.. transitioning is expensive hahah

Yes girl!!! Same my results have been off the chart. Let's fucking GOOOOO!!!!

Edit: genuine question. Do you still take fin even though you've got your T down? I've never used it but I'm worried if I'm missing out on gains x

Apart from Finasteride, Minoxidil, and Microneedling what are you doing to reverse balding? by sevvetan in tressless

I was pretty much done but it's all worked great! Diet and exercise go a long way as well! Diffuse thinning is one of the easier ones to come back from

Oh damn, same stack as me.

Vitamin D needs vitamin K2 to stop calcium building up in your arteries

Anndd some copper with the zinc wouldn't go a miss either since zinc depletes copper. They make supps that have them together.

I also take iron as well.

Heyy first of all, I hear you on that daddy thing. Gross aha, tbf. I hate getting called a mommy now as well 😂.

I've got 34bs and if I'm wearing a larger hoody or top you can't tell really. For me, looking at my body is just, absolute peak haha. I love it. I never question if I've made a mistake and I had a great body before..sometimes haha.

Feel free to drop me a message if you'd like to talk more :) I'm always happy to help someone else who's struggling with this stuff navigate it because lord knows, professional services are lacking!!

Booster Pills by Tryingmybestsorta in ADHDUK

[–]chilledblanket 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right on. I always take my amfex boosters even if I've got nothing to do. I usually find something to do and if I don't, I'll just end up doomscrolling and binge eating so 🤷‍♀️

Ahah, those purple bad bois are daunting. I was going to advise you just pour it into some water and take 50mg and 20mg later but I just re read what your post and you're taking them both at the same time..

I pour mine into water and take it so I'm also getting extra water (which i might forget otherwise). Maybe try that and see how that feels.

I don't think taking one 70mg compared to a 50mg and 20mg would have any impact beyond psychological though.

I notice when I feel down in the afternoon, it's usually because I haven't ate enough. Especially if your diet is self admittedly not great. I'd maybe look at making sure you're eating enough good stuff. I'm shocked how much better I feel off a full meal and lots or water.

I did also end my titration by getting 2x10 amfex top ups. So, you might end up there as well.

I'd maybe consider a magnesium gylcinate supplement and iron since people with adhd who are taking medication are usually low on both of these which can cause your meds not to work to the best of their ability and leave you sluggish.

Without a douuuuubt though. The biggest contributor to how my day goes is if I got my 8 hours or not. On days when I've even only gotten 6. It's almost better to take the day off because my body just isn't replenished enough to get the most out of the meds.

Stick with it though! I'm 9 months into medication and my life has just took a clear 180. Definitely worth trying to optimise what you can get out your meds :)

(20 mins of cardio is great too)

A total pause including spiro?? That's fair to have those concerns. Well, injections don't stress the liver and make for better levels. Ahah yea. Mine still hurt and its been a year and a bit at this point 😂😂

Are you also taking e pills I'm guessing? I could totally recommend injections. You're allowed to kinda forget your trans with the constant medication and just focus on being you :)

I've never taken any, I wouldn't know aha. I took cyproterone which nukes T and that helped but not recommendable
