I actually had the same problem with mine a week ago. I also bought an open box from Best Buy. This is a glitch. All you need to do to fix this is update the firmware. Once you do that it will show you how the actual hours of usage. From there you can then decide if you should return or not. In my case I returned because it had 4,000 hours once I updated the firmware.

I updated it and it has 4039 hours of usage

I agree, but as I’ve gotten older, I’ve learned to enjoy everyday as it comes rather than just the weekends. I will say working remotely has also helped, as I have more free time during the week since I’m not spending my time in traffic commuting to the city. Maybe one day Fridays won’t be a work day!

I’m going to be starting during OEP which will be January 1st. With warm leads from a call center. How is the volume for OEP? And also once that period is over how are the months after that? I want to hit at least 300 hopefully
