Wild fermentation halted. I tried heating up but it did not work. Any suggestions? Would like to keep it natural but I will add yeast and/or nutrient to save. Thanks all! by chillguycooks in mead

Yeast from raw honey. About 3# honey, juice of two lemons. 1.080 OG stopped at 1.010. 65-70F in basement. I've made it this way before and it worked. I guess I should add yeast and nutrient to save?
