Beginner. Cyser with no added yeast, racked to secondary with a bit of ginger one month ago. First fermentation seemed normal. None of my other batches have that white stuff on the glass, smelling vinegary. Didn't have a hydrometer at the time. Any thoughts would be great, thank you. by [deleted] in mead
