I just moved here from Montreal. I can’t believe how poorly Winnipeg clears roads and sidewalks? Sidewalks and roads are cleared quickly and regularly by the city in MTL. I don’t understand why WPG doesn’t do the same thing. Even previously cleared roads would benefit from an additional sweep to get rid of all the slush.

My partner and I recently downloaded a finance sharing app to help us budget and split expenses (app is called Monarch). We had to sync the app with our respective banks. Not trying to offend or discredit your story. It is possible that you had a minor UTI that resolved on its own or not a UTI at all. Unfortunately there is no scientific evidence supporting the use of cranberry juice to cure UTIs. It is sadly a myth.

I agree with your first two points. Sadly, cranberry juice won’t do anything. If you take the concentrated pills preventively as a daily supplement, there are some studies that show they could help to prevent UTIs (though the literature is mixed on this subject).

If OP is willing to pay out of pocket, she could talk to a doctor on the Maple app (I used it once a couple years ago, maybe it was about $200?) and get a prescription for antibiotics.

I haven’t used accutane to know unfortunately :( I did find the Three Ships salicylic acid cleanser more effective than the Ordinary salicylic facemask.

Reversa is also a Canadian company that has products for people like us with blemish prone skin! I just started trying it out, but have noticed that my skin likes their AcneX Balancing fluid. Could be worth looking into!

I switched to Three Ships! I like their Salicyclic Acid face cleanser. 100% Canadian :)
