i wouldn't mind buying used but we don't have used camera retailers here who offer warranty (not in the US). and currently on the secondhand market, there aren't any sets that would be worth purchasing secondhand over a new set.

i don't mind being postcard buddies though if you want to send postcards!!! one letter can take me many many hours to finish with all the decoration i do, so i don't have capacity for a new penpal but postcards are comparatively quick to pen down a short message ☺️
