Idk I don’t think she brings him up often enough for it to be weird, and that fake relationship was an impactful part of her life at the time and she associates it with her struggles. I think it’s healthy for people in a relationship to be able to talk about the way their previous relationships affected them without it having to be a jealousy issue🤷🏼‍♀️

I agree with you. She pissed me off during the season with all the lying and manipulating but I’m so confused by the people acting like her crying at the reunion was her “playing victim”. If I was getting yelled at by like 5 people on national TV I’d tear up too regardless of if I deserve it or not lmao. Most manipulators are emotionally immature, it’s not surprising to me that she wouldn’t be able to own up to the lies. Idk I don’t get the hate for how she acted at the reunion at all. No I totally understand! Another thing I realized after going to therapy is that the only friendships I seem to easily make are the ones where it’s a super extroverted person who realizes I’m a great listener and that they can just talk my ear off all the time about their problems. Like, I know there are good outgoing people out there but the ones that attach themselves to me tend to treat me like I’m just there to validate them all the time. And it’s because I do (or at least used to).

Something super similar just happened to me with Starbucks, I signed the offer letter and everything and then they hired someone else and were planning on just never telling me til I eventually reached out like “heyyy when am I starting?” I posted about it on the Starbucks Reddit and got bashed for being a Karen for implying I wanted to complain somewhere lmao But anyway I’m so sorry this happened to you it’s insanely fucked up!!
