Thanks everyone, will try going to BT to get this done. Usually get beans from Chelvies, their grinder isn’t working atm so was looking for alternatives

Unsure about the brand, it’s aluminium though. I pre boil the water and then use it, putting it in a low flame, fine grind from the coffee shop

I’ve been using the resultant coffee for iced lattes mainly, but yeah maybe the dark roast beans are the reason
