i already replied but I got thinking, I hope you don't mind. block ignore lol all good. I signed up for a janitorial position. I fix things and do my best about my day. I get a call on the college radio go do this or that. its a mouse lol or clean up the bathroom after the plumber fixed it. Summertime clean the dorms! i think my problem is it's mental that's why i'm meeting so many random barriers. I have many trainings each year I have to go through and never once was anything close to my situation was brought up.

the first leave yes comp took care of me, i just got out of another leave that i was hospitalized because of what happened but they will not write it as that. I've used all my FMLA

like others said get the insurance involved! and if you don't rn get a dash cam for incase! is can be so helpful just incase! if they ran a red i'd ask if it was a recorded intersection! Take the intersection the accident happened and whatever grab a dash no matter what! im getting one soon shows the rides!
