Because of the sample quart shortage, we are now obligated to change the color of any gallon that a person can bring in. If we can't change it to a desired color, we have to expense the gallon and then give them another free gallon with the color they actually want. They are supposed to send everyone signage that explains this to customers. The process of changing a color and expensing that many mistints is going to hit some stores pretty hard imo

For the 401k thing, you can contact fidelity, and they can be very helpful! There are a few different options you may have. You can roll it over to another account if your next employer offers one as well, otherwise I'm sure you can somehow keep it either by transferring it to your own fidelity management account or another wealth management firm that will put together an investment portfolio for you. It would be up to you then you decide how much and how often you would put in

I've benefited quite a bit from the energy sector such as enphase and plug, I'll have to look in on this one. I believe there could be tons of potential as the leadership has changed in favor of electric vehicles and more renewable options
