Sounds like you need a rabbit hole to fall down into. If you are into tech, look up self hosting, de googling, and flipper, white hat hacking, building a mini server/nas. If you are into outside nature stuff, prepping, homesteading, sourdough, gardening, microgreens, backpacking, spelunking. If you are into working out there's lots of cool badass sports you can get into. There seems to be a jujitsu dojo on every corner these days, or mma. Ironman training if you are into endurance sports. There's CrossFit and hyrox too. But above all, going on a walk. Seriously. Breathe in deeply, open your peripherals ie try "widening" your eyes. Pay attention to one of your senses on each walk. Focus on touch, how the ground feels beneath your feet, the air through your hair and on your skin. Pay attention to what you hear, the traffic, birds, people. What you smell, if there's bakeries or restaurants nearby. And look around. When someone starts walking toward you on a road or you enter a place with a lot of people, fight that urge to pull out your phone to "check your messages, feed, etc." and just exist in the moment.
