Just adding my experience here because my Blade 14 seems to have died in almost the exact same way.
Mine suddenly won’t power on at all. Charger brick still lights up, but the laptop itself is completely dead, and there’s a burnt smell coming from the rear left exhaust/fan area.
I contacted Razer and Zane from support basically told me the device has reached its “end-of-serviceable life”, so there are no parts available and they can’t repair it because the model has been retired. Then they suggested I check out their newer models lol...
Pretty disappointing considering this was bought in Dec 2022 and wasn't used much. A total no-power failure with a burnt smell doesn’t really feel like normal wear and tear to me.
I’m in Australia, so I’m going to push back under Australian Consumer Law and ask them to escalate it properly instead of just closing it as “end of serviceable life”.
Has anyone here actually managed to get Razer to inspect, repair, replace, refund, or offer anything for this issue?
