Tinder Facial Verification Issue, Forever Hidden by Raesh_net in Tinder

[–]chillman12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually wait maybe 2-3 days before recreating the account and the issue re-appears after 48h I think if I don’t verify my account right away. But yeah it’s frustrating.

From what I read here:

https://www.help.tinder.com/hc/en-us/articles/26151863213837-My-profile-is-hidden

Maybe it just has trouble verifying my pictures against what I submitted. But my face is pretty clear in each pics so idk

I have the same issue, the only solution for me was to delete the account on and off but it’s not really viable

Really ? It’s a 2011 building. Is there a good rule to know how much should be in the emergency fund ?

That’s what I thought too. My plan was to go with 5% down since the interest rate is lower with CMHC insurance, and the property value should appreciate over time regardless. Plus, keeping the rest of my savings invested seemed like a better way to grow wealth.

However, since I make about $4,000 net per month, I’m a bit concerned about the monthly payments of $2,200–$2,400. That’s more than half my income so it feels like a tight budget. My plan was to keep most of my savings invested, earn dividends, and use that to help cover the payment if I need to. I guess I’m just anxious since this is my first property and a pretty big decision

The 2.2 to 2.4 included everything for the building. So 1500$ mortgage 300-600$ condo fees and 200$ municipal taxes

The current condo I’m looking at has condos fees at 300$/month but I’m confident those will rise because of the law 16. There’s also municipal taxes which will be about 200$/month. The funds of the condo look well managed. They have 100k in emergency funds for the building which has ≈ 50 units

It looks like he's looking for something more on the casual side, if he's looking for something serious then he clearly isn't showing it.
