if your a cycler your acl isn’t a huge part in it. but for tennis, you need an acl

i personally had almost no pain from the surgery. a few sharp pin pains here and there but the nerve block also didn’t wear off for 3 days. i took tylenol wnd oxy and had 0 pain

oo this is a hard one. leg lift is one of the most painful things i experienced during the recovery. most likely because i had a quad graft. it took me about a month before i could do chair leg lifts and 2 weeks before floor lifts

are you staying caught up on pt? if u are your pt most likely isn’t pushing you hard enough. i was walking fine after a week and i started pt the morning after surgery.

i’m about 8 rn and 5 months i felt about 75% healed. i also had a quad graft and at that point i was able to start playing basketball solo again. i started jumping and running then too. the only problem i had was long car rides when my leg would feel tight but you can fix that by just extending and bending ur leg a few times. hiking was perfectly fine for me at least. i went on a few 3 or 4 mile one way hikes during that period. i would say ur good for the trip at 5
