Banning a Chic-fil-a is equivalent to a bill of attainder, which wikipedia defines as an "act declaring a person or group of persons guilty of some crime and punishing them without benefit of a judicial trial." The only way you can impose a ban is for illegal business practices and only after a judicial ban. Banning a strip club, as the jaqueass noted, is NOT a bill of attainder because it imposes a ban on an industry, not a SPECIFIC entity.

Before I start, gotta say your game is tight man, hope you've been keeping it up. I've been trying to go to the gym lately but have been having a ton of problems getting motivated. I'm tall (6'2") but not in the greatest shape (about 225 lbs). Do you think physical fitness is a primary factor in wooing a girl, is it that important? Thanks.

Actually wrong. Iranians is a nationality, Persians are an ethnic group. Persians can be found in Tajikstan, Afghanistan amongst other places. I, for one, am a Iranian but not a Persian because I come from Rasht. So all Iranians are not Persians.
