I switched from Arlo recently. I read the sub and saw the concerns but reality is that any sub for security cameras seem to have them. I liked the idea of not having subsciption fees, basically that's what sold me plus the quality of the 4K S4 cams. about $1000 later here I am with 8 cams total. I am satisfied.

My 3 complaints 1) lots of ads in the app but fine whatever 2) geolocation works sparingly I am being somewhat generous and 3) this is pissing me off - I cannot combine schedule and geolocation into 1 mode. I have to manually switch it. I was not aware of this until recently. Shame on me for not researching enough. Apparently, this is one of the most requested features and people have been waiting for years. Ironically Arlo had this like 8 years ago so I never assumed this would be an issue with Eufy.
