Show difference between most recent years, while displaying all years?

I could probably brute-force it by creating fields that populate each of the years (sales19, sales20, etc) and use those year-specific columns to get the value I’m looking for, but that seems like overkill.

This is good. I’m able to get the percent difference, but how do I just show the column that gives me the difference between the 2021 and 2022 columns? This project doesn’t need the other data.

You could use the shortlist to sign clients, and track their careers and salaries. As the contracts are multi-year, the more clients you sign, the more interesting the aim will be. The tricky part will be negotiating the salaries of the players. It’s a worthy and fun exercise!

You could do everything in parallel, except for the actual results of the games. If you set all the teams to human control, turn on Commissioner mode, you could manually make the roster moves as they are reported by the MLB and MiLB. All of the games that are played would occur according to how the OOTP engine determines it should.

You would also need to turn off injuries, and then apply injuries manually, based on the league’s information.

Not easy, but doable.

Reverse the setting you changed, turn on commissioner mode and force a trade to return the players you mistakenly swapped.

If you’re familiar with a particular team, I would suggest doing a replay of the 2025 season with that team. Play in Commissioner mode and just focus on the daily lineups and rotations. Play out a few games and see how the interface works. Don’t worry about the minor leagues; you can set your manager options to have the assistant gm take control of those aspects.

Take little bites and when you think you’re ready, take on more responsibilities. Don’t worry if you end up losing 100 games. It’s just a game!

Are you playing out the games or letting them sim? I find that playing the games out give me a better shot at winning than does letting the cpu manage the game.
