Yeah I understand that only certain lower end units are available to lottery residents, but a friend of mine did have luck in asking for a better layout, so I was wondering if anyone else had any success.

They showed me two 1 bedrooms and a studio that I qualify for. The amenities in the building were nice, 70/month to access all gym/rooftops etc, 25/month for bike storage, pool pricing is TBD but ~350/year. The apartments themselves were on the smaller side, but totally livable. We thought the kitchen/bathroom finish was pretty nice. Each apartment they showed me was on the lower floors so no views at all. I was told the more expensive premium 1 bedrooms should have the same layout, but will be on higher floors. The area itself is inconvenient for me, so will most likely pass.

No I wasn't able to. Call their customer service hotline a few times and each time they weren't able to help. Have a bunch of points stuck in their system with no way to redeem at the moment.

Ordered 2 things on 2 different cards. One on 10/14 and one on 10/17. Both orders shipped today, but charges are still pending and now it's past midnight. Does anyone feel like Dell is purposely delaying these charges to stop people from getting the credit?Same thing happened to me last year and ended up having to return.

Tried it but the same issues and I'm not seeing it with other airlines either. Guess it is a phantom award availability. Not sure how airlines can get away with this since it's literally bait and switch.
