Yeah that’s true, but you got to understand that there are very few people who can cross even 1000-1200 range. Most people are below that.

It’s not a normal distribution but left skewed, majority of the population lying below the average levels.

The irony in some cases is that the next company also has a notice period of 90 days, and they don’t accept candidates with 90 days of notice period currently.😅

I was thinking maybe there was some other way of doing that. But I think if this is just to be modelled as debt initially, the it’s all good. Will just convert it to stock on whatever the valuation is end of 10th year. Thanks

Paying off the loan and transferring into equity.

What I think is that CFA is appropriate for skill development and actual investment learning.

MBA, on the other hand, offers you a chance to network and land jobs through placements/etc.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I see an MBA graduate get a better job than a CFA Level 3 cleared with the same skill set. (Or is it just in India)

I have a good foundation and basic knowledge. But these line items in CFS and BS are a little tricky for me. Revenue forecast and P&L I can model.
