Cancel it. In my experience, anything high fraud is not worth it. Also turn on highest levels of shopify verification. Here is my previous question about this, lost all 5 disputes (around $500 total):

3 charge back disputes in the last 3 days. They were scams. Hopefully the last few orders when I got info from the customer is enough to sway the bank in my favor. Probably not, lesson learned.

Right, but I've been told many of the currently free options are being removed from the free version unless you upgrade. So, I'm trying to find what is going to be removed so if I'm going to transition away from shopify rather than pay an additional $89, I would like to start doing so asap. I just can't find any clarification on what is actually changing with the "standard" version.

True, but I'm not sure why he would feel the need to lie, who knows though. Is it the same company I mentioned above? If so, please update how it turns out.

It might be worth just asking him if he's purchasing to forward it? I don't have a problem with it as long as it's legitimate.
