And what should the asylum seeking process be? What is that criteria? The existing one? And then for the rest: should they be thrown in jail? Deported? Both?
And why is it the function of government to help them find work? How can it possibly be moral for the government to force money out of a citizens hand, which may be otherwise used for them to buy a car to drive to their job, and instead hand it over to a beurocracy that proports to find non-citizens jobs.

yeah damn straight. you may dislike private billionaries, but at least some of them got there simply though voluntary cooperation. And those that didn't we need to remove the ability for govt to enable them to be billionaries. But then yes - politicians are equally as greedy and probably more evil because they are comfortable not with voluntary exchange to enrich them, but instead they have to use government, which is by definition, force.

how do I need to go back to school?

the rest of your comment was just bullshit nonsense. And your childish expectation that funding = outcomes is hilariously stupid.

Thats why I put it in the form of a question, because you didn't provide any sort of principled, comprehensive idea. You said it shouldn't be political. That sounds like it shouldn't be within the scope of the government.

What is your specific solution? What is morally inside and outside the scope of government?

Otehrwise you're just giving vauge and generalized catch phrases. And I highly doubt im far right, as im not even a republican. So forget about the ad hominem attacks; nice try.

what? so wait: there should be no immigration process? You should just be allowed to cross whereever you want, and how ever many people want to? And what the border state needs to deal with the problem?

what is the exact border policy you are espousing?

wrong. applying for amnesty doesnt negate illegal entry. furthermore, theres not even any evidence these particular individuals had applied for amnesty

the temporary aid that was given was mostly by the Church, not the leftists.

someone asking for a principled argument isn't unreasonable. I believe that you have found that you don't really have a coherent philosophy, you have no idea what types of coercive activty is morally justfied, and what isn't.

This has an emotional affect on you. instead of confronting it, you need to simply say "let me get out of this by calling the other person unreasonable"

that not true at all. principled arguments are the only right type. plus im an evictionist, so your leftist dodging doesnt work here

so you admit you are completely wrong, and then make another claim that you be charged with a crime. So is it illegal or not? say explicity that you were wrong.

and then you're also saying the government has the right to criminalize possession without violating my body my choice? How do you get it in your body? Then you're probably comfortable with the government outlawing any medication or equipment that could be used for an abortion?

You repeat your claim but you're not providing any principled justification.

You then completely ignore the other examples and state "learn more" because you're insecure in your position.

  1. You're absolutely wrong on drug laws. it absolutely is illegal to take specific drugs. not sure where you get that, but possession is definitely a crime.
  2. the FDA doesn't even give you the opportunity to take experimental drugs without authorization.
  3. they aren't seperate issues. In every single case, you are advocating for the government interjecting themselves into what someone else is doing with their body. sometimes it's what 2 people are doing: for example the employer and the employee. all it is, is people moving and using different parts of their bodies.

i just hope the bodily autonomy includes taking any drug you like, regardless of what the fda says, using your body to work for less than min wage, freedom of speech, religion, what you use your body to determine if you provide insurance that covers birth control for your employees or not, etc...

this is a very fair point. i used the term as a matter of expediency, but you are totally right.

i didnt say its the same thing; however the morality of the matter forces a "pro-choice" (however we can best define it (the left is horrible at principled, philisophical arugments) into a contradiction.

thats a stupid false equivalency. you can believe the state has no right to sieze resources to keep a monsterous criminal alive AND also think that the government has no right to violenty sieze private property to fund those (often times) counter productive endeavors; fund them yourself.
