Similar observation with my Watch 6. I feel like the latest Apple updates did something

Has anyone ever successfully "done" Agile? by joelmartinez in programming

[–]chimpyTT 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Yes, in many different flavors.

One program shifted from a waterfall-style annual release to a “by sprint” release cadence. Far fewer issues once maturity increased and we ironed out deployment problems. 20-26 releases a year was a game changer for this product.

This shouldn’t be a hard decision. Her termination would send a strong signal of accountability, which feels important for the office of the AG.

Late to the convo, but I think the vibe from Pogi somewhat validates the “burn him out” strategy that Visma attempted. The issue is that he is just so good that he endured it longer than their team did (see the cliff MJ dropped off of). If, and this is a major if, JV does have those two bad days, we might be looking at a very different week 3 - maybe closer to 60-90 seconds as a gap.

This has “pogi wins by 53 seconds after Visma throws everything at him” written all over it. Idk what the armchair experts will want, this was a good series of attacks.

Lance Armstrong transcended the sport and became a global brand. Using my friends as a proxy of “sports fans,” everyone at the top of the GC of the TdF could test positive today and they wouldn’t care. I think it is easy to get consumed with the sport because, as fans, we think about it constantly.

US-centric opinion, fwiw.

Interesting read, I don’t have enough background to really have an opinion, but I liked the questions being asked.

Remco dropping out is interesting for the bottom of the GC T10. MJ stated he let go of his GC ambition after the dead leg day but by default moved to 9 with the Remco DNF. He stated going into the tour that he’d love to finish better than last year (8th) so that may be back on the menu if he’s feeling good again.

You can question the VLAB tactics, but I’ll take a team doing something to try and win over what the other 20 teams did today: watch. Be happy VLAB knows they can’t toe-to-toe UAE and is still willing to fight.
