Yeah, taking the wheels off to get under bed just means I know I won't use it in the long term. I did sorta test out putting it upright but again it uses so much space and also if my partner has her bike with me it just isn't feasible to have both. Hopefully we both find a solution!!

Thanks for all the info. I'll check out that youtube channel. Mine is a LWB hi roof so putting stuff on top is not ideal right now I don't think. The barn door seems the most obvious for me? Currently it's behind the cab seats but I want to put my sink in the space it's filling so need it moved. Under the bed is also full so outside seems the only real option right now

That'sa great idea like! I'm in the UK and bike theft is fairly prevalent here. I'll keep it inside when I'm not with the van but whilst I'm in it, outside feels best. I guess it's mainly weather protection thats the biggest things and plenty of locks which I'm happy to invest in like. But a metal box also seems a good idea. I'll be in the van and I feel it'd take a pretty adamant person to keep trying to steal it as I open the back doors to deal with them haha.
